The NCCR is dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment. For NCCR-wide events, the NCCR Office may arrange a hybrid or streaming option if either the Directorate decides it or if individual participants request it on medical grounds. However, hybrid and streaming options may not be feasible at short notice or in certain locations.
For other events organized by NCCR members, the NCCR Office may provide video conferencing camera setups (“OWL”). Requests must be submitted at least four weeks before the event, and the event organizers are responsible for handling the IT setup and follow-up.
