Innovation Grants are a funding instrument of the NCCR Evolving Language that are for research projects that go above and beyond what is already planned in the Phase 2 Proposal in the range of CHF 50,000. Higher amounts will need to be forcefully justified.
Eligibility
Applications are open to groups of two or more NCCR members from at least 2 disciplines, and sponsored by at least one PI who will assume reporting and financial responsibility. External members’ participation in the Innovation grant is allowed.
Conditions
Application should include:
- one single pdf max 2 pages with:
- a concise description of the project
- its relevance tot he NCCR’s overall goals
- a timeline with deliverables
- an Excel file with a budget
Innovation grants can be spent on any items eligible according to the NCCR Budget Guidelines until the end of Phase 2.
