Rules of Procedures, Section 4.4 : The Steering Committee (SC) is composed of the Directors (three members), the HI Delegates (three members), and one delegate from each of the following groups: Project PIs (one member), TTF PIs (one member), Researchers (PhD students and postdocs) (one member), and NCCR Management staff (one member). The SC meets at least twice a year and decides on any major change in the budget within each phase. It furthermore reviews and decides on applications for internal grants (Section 5.4.4), Senior Advisor (Section 4.10), and Associate Investigator status (Section 4.9).
