The NCCR Evolving Language supports the organization of scientific events (e.g., conferences, workshops, congresses and symposia) with a contribution of max. CHF 2’000. The topic of these events must be relevant to the research done within the NCCR.
Application process
- Applications can be submitted by NCCR PIs, NCCR-funded research staff and NCCR Internal Collaborators via the online application form below. Only duly completed forms will be processed.
- Applications can be submitted throughout the entire year. During a calendar year one application is allowed per WP and event.
- Please note that the NCCR logo must be included in all materials related to the event.
Refund process
- Refund requests must be submitted via the corresponding online form below.
- The NCCR Office refunds the credited amount retroactively.
- UZH members make an internal rebooking. The instructions for this will be communicated to the applicants once the refund request is submitted.
- Members from other universities issue an invoice through their university. The NCCR Office does not settle invoices from third-party service providers directly.
- The refund request must also include:
- The confirmation of approval of your application
- The final Program
- A summary of costs that shows all income and expenses of the whole event. A template is available here.
- A single PDF file that includes all receipts or invoices for the expenses reported in the summary of costs.
