Reimbursement procedure

  • Reimbursement requests must be submitted no later than two months* after an event. Requests submitted after this deadline will not be processed.
  • Reimbursement request must be submitted via the online form below and have to include the following documents:
    • Invitation
    • Agenda / Program
    • if available program booklet
  • Before submitting your receipts for reimbursement, please make sure to consult our guidelines for reimbursement.

For UZH Members: UZH has introduced a new reimbursement process through Yokoy. Once you’ve submitted the NCCR reimbursement form and your receipts have been verified, we will provide you with the correct account number for Yokoy.

* for the months of November and December & April and May, the refund period is shortened due to the financial year-end / the conclusion of the NCCR year. The specific deadlines for those months will be communicated via email, and in these instances, the standard two-month submission period will no longer apply.
