“In Between” – A creation by artist Julie Semoroz, in collaboration with the NCCR Evolving Language

In Between is an artistic proposition by Julie Semoroz, the fruit of two years of collaboration with the Swiss Center for Affective Sciences (CISA) and the National Center of Competence in Research (NCCR) Evolving Language. At the intersection of the artistic approach and scientific research, the artist bases her reflections on the latest scientific work in biology, neuroscience, philosophy and the social sciences, in fields as diverse as emotional and animal vocalizations, interoception, neuronal synchronization, interspecies communication and resonance.
The exhibition, along with various workshops and concerts, will run from November 9 to 26 at the Salle d’Exposition de l’UNIGE (SEU, Bd Carl-Vogt 66) and the Musée d’Ethnographie de Genève (MEG, Bd Carl-Vogt 67). For further information, click here.
