Reimbursement procedure
- Reimbursement requests must be submitted no later than two months after an event. Requests submitted after this deadline will not be processed.
- Reimbursement request must be submitted via the online form below and have to include the following documents:

- Invitation
- Agenda / Program
- if available program booklet
- Before submitting your receipts for reimbursement, please make sure to consult our guidelines for reimbursement.
For UZH Members: UZH has introduced a new reimbursement process through Yokoy. Once you’ve submitted the NCCR reimbursement form and your receipts have been verified, we will provide you with the correct account number for Yokoy.
